Duties and Responsibilities

As Ayurveda Doctor, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Spa department in the following:

Keeping abreast of industry trends and practices and updating knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering.

Focus on the rejuvenation of the spa experience.

Thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the spa including type of treatments and services available as well as their selling status, and benefits of all package's plans, wellness plans and special promotions.

Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.

Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualification : Qualifications

To execute the position of Ayurveda Doctor, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

Required qualifications, technical skills and at least three years' experience in a similar or greater role in luxury spas and health clubs with proven results.

Graduated from a Wellness program or Ayurvedic degree and have studied or have broad knowledge on anatomy and physiology and massage therapy.

Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
