Skillset: AWS DIAS (Data-Insight, Analytics, Scientist) Solution Lead Experience : 20 - 26 Years Location: PAN India : 1) Responsibility to increase the Pipeline for AWS Data & Analytics Services 2) Owning business on specific AWS technology area(s) with the capacity of a technology partner and business development lead through existing / new relationship with the client. 3) SPOC for all pre-sales activities for specific technology area (AWS platform) of certain Geographies / Domains. 4) Jointly work with Sales Team on sales strategies in response to market and competitors\' behaviour. 4) Understand customer needs and make sales presentations. 5) Monitor opportunities closely and guide the team as required 6) Achieve Targeted qualified pipeline and TCV. 7) Liaison with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops. 8) Prepare sales proposals and train other presales consultants from time to time 9) Oversee specific AWS technology operations (e.g. DB Migration / Platform Modernization/Data Security/Networking) and evaluate Solutions according to Industry Best Practices. 10) Lead and Manage organization relationship with AWS in relevant technical focus 11) Gap analysis for Knowledge and skill set for organization teams and liaison with AWS for relevant upgrade trainings and immersion sessions. 12) Budget planning for AWS infrastructure (POC/Trainings etc) Collaborate with the product development team and develop sustainable and commercially viable products 13) Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management 14) Guiding the team (IT managers and supervise computer scientists, technicians and other professionals) with appropriate training and upgrade sessions in view of the upcoming AWS services / changes in existing services / new architectures and design recommendations / Industry best practices etc. 15) Branding activities like Publishing POV documents on new age architectural concepts, White papers on certain Industry solution approaches, Contextual Master Documents etc. Regards, Bala 7299056569
