We are currently looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer (m/f/d) for our office in Bangalore who is passionate about building and administrating products that customers love. Our Product and Technology team is autonomous and co-functional, operating in an agile environment with a customer focus. Our engineers, product managers, designers, QA, and analysts target outcomes rather than outputs, using OKRs to deliver our vision. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

• Be part of our high-performing teams of developers in our office in Munich
• Actively contribute to the constantly improving architecture
• Automate all aspects of infrastructure running our workloads
• Oversee and review the daily operations to ensure compliance with standards
• Attend and lead regular team meetings
• Be first in understanding new services/offerings of our cloud vendor, identify opportunities
• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with presentations and exposure to tasks that help practice new technologies
• Participate in an open communication culture, by being open to feedback and supporting in conflict resolutions

We are a match if you have...

• At least 3 years of work experience in an modern tech environment and with AWS Cloud Systems
• Development background, preferably with python or node.js
• Good knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategically
• Intercultural awareness and the ability to work in a dynamic matrix organization
• An entrepreneurial, data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgement through analytical thinking
• Fluency in written and spoken English (C2 level required), any additional language would be a plus
