Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers during the sales cycle.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify cloud opportunities.
Design and present cloud architectures that meet customer business, technical, and security needs.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof of concepts (PoCs).
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation requests.
Stay updated on cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), trends, and best practices.
Support migration planning, cost estimations, and ROI analysis for cloud solutions.
Engage with internal product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility.
Attend industry events, customer meetings, and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in a presales, solutions engineering, or cloud consulting role.
Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS models.
Knowledge of cloud architectures, networking, security, containers, and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex technical topics into business value propositions.
Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies.
Familiarity with cloud cost optimization tools and frameworks.
Background in software development or infrastructure engineering is a plus.
Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects.
