Global Finance & Business Management ("GF&BM") India is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan's global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm's Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm's capital.

GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main "pillars" of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.

The current opening is within Analytics Solutions in Bangalore which forms part of the AWM LOB within GF&BM India.

About the Team

J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management delivers industry-leading investment management solutions. Asset Management provides individuals, advisors and institutions with strategies and expertise that span the full spectrum of asset classes through our global network of investment professionals. Wealth Management helps individuals, families and foundations take a more intentional approach to their wealth or finances to better define, focus and realize their goals

Working closely with the International Private Bank Client Service and Digital and Data Transformation Leadership Teams to provide meaningful data to inform Management and drive strategic priorities. The successful candidate will leverage their existing Tableau and Alteryx skills to maintain a data repository, building their knowledge of the Business allowing them to continually evaluate and enhance the existing suite of data according to the evolving needs of the Business and Client lifecycle.

The role requires someone with analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset who can identify issues and partner with key stakeholders to propose potential solutions. They will be expected to provide management information in the form of data and support to the Leadership Team around priorities such as driving Client adoption of JPMorgan's online tools, strategic data modelling, Regulatory change and evolving the Service operating model.

Business experience is preferred but not essential as in-role training will be provided to ensure a good level of understanding around the Private Bank. The successful candidate will receive support and feel empowered to drive their career development through knowledge-sharing and upskilling as required

Primary Responsibilities:

Solid experience implementing solutions with SQL, Tableau, Qlik sense, Denodo and Alteryx

• A background in data visualization and statistics
• Knowledge of Informatica and Python would be a plus
• Handles complex and large structured data sets according to requirements
• Ensures focus on data governance, longevity and scale
• Confident liaising with colleagues across all levels and working in partnership to achieve goals
• Has previous experience of working with Technologists
• Organized, proactive and takes ownership of actions
• Adaptable, flexible and ensures effective workload prioritization
• Builds lasting relationships and maintains strong levels of stakeholder management

DDT:
1. Clients (Product owners - Cash management, Online transfer etc. 10 teams)
2. Advisor (CRM view - 10 teams)
3. Client Service (KYC, Compliance etc. 4 Teams)
We track the adoption of all the new enhancements provided for clients, advisors & CSS. This is used by senior management and product owners to ensure how the investment done on these technologies are benefitting.
