Specific Responsibilities - Corporate Action process - Mandatory and Voluntary corporate action, Proxy Meetings and Instructions. Class Action Filling - Domestic , Antitrust and Global Litigations Proxy Services - Voting Ballots, Meeting Set up Staff development through strong engagement and Training Need Analysis

Ensure team work culture is practiced

Effectively manage a process/sub process of team size of 2 -3 individuals and supervise the daily BAU activities

Understanding of financial products like Equity, Fixed Income, MBS, CBS and other structured products Strong understanding of Asset management business, TLM and Accounting principles Various Regulatory reporting Mailbox management Daily KPI and metrics reporting Counterparties, Broker and custodian follow up and interaction. Candidate should be flexible to work in US/EMEA hours. Qualifications - Graduate/Post Graduate

Strong Academics background with approx. 7-8 years of relevant work experience Core Skill-sets

  • Have the ability to work independently and to proactively seek guidance from others as needed
- Prior experience on applications such as Bloomberg, DTCC and Custodian Portals -SSB CAPTAIN, BNY

NEXEN, NTRS CDR etc. will be helpful
  • Strong team player and has the capacity to build good working relationships with cross functional

/geographical teams
  • Result oriented, accepting responsibilities and challenges that take them outside their comfort zone
  • Positive outlook and a desire to stretch themselves to achieve both personal and functional success.
  • Partners well with peers, subordinates, managers, and LOB and functional partners
Competencies:
  • Knowledge of Investment products.
  • At least 6-7 years of Experience in managing the end to end functions of Corporate Action
  • Building a strong mechanism to take care of volume peaks during peak Corporate Actions season
  • Identifying operational risks proactively and mitigating appropriately.
  • Ensure adequate back-ups created for all critical positions and assist other teams during contingencies (Staff shortage, high volumes etc)
  • Must be highly organized and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Client Focused & having Risk awareness
  • Needs excellent attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism / initiative
- Relevant knowledge about the securities market and different financial products - Equity, Bonds, ETFs,

Mutual Funds
  • Excellent MS skills ideally to macro level
  • Knowledge of market data providers
