Job Description

Looking for AVP/VP- Projects & Planning in interior designing company.

Location- Bengaluru

Experience - 15 +yrs. (preferably from the interior fit-out industry)

Skills Required:-



oProficient in comprehensive project management, including planning, approval, and risk analysis.

oStrong leadership, team development, and client relationship skills with effective communication.

oIn-depth knowledge of interior design processes, materials, and specifications.

oTechnical proficiency in interior design software and awareness of industry-specific technologies.

oProven ability to manage site activities, conduct visits, and coordinate effectively with vendors.

oGood construction management, time management, project management skills

oAbility to deal/ communicate effectively with others.

oAbility to lead regular project review meetings with senior management and cross functional

Responsibilities Required:-



oLead and manage all phases of Interior project execution, including estimation, contracts, billing, site progress, and handover, ensuring alignment with design intent and client expectations.

oResponsible for ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality, cost control, and compliance with organizational standards.

oDrive collaboration across internal departments including design, production, procurement, and project management teams to maintain seamless workflow and execution efficiency.

oProvide direction and oversight to project teams, ensuring clear objectives, structured timelines, and performance accountability.

oOversee planning and resource allocation, approve execution methodologies, and ensure risk assessments and mitigation strategies are in place.

oManage material planning and delivery schedules from in-house production to site installation, ensuring no delays impact the project timeline.

oMaintain strong client engagement throughout the project lifecycle, addressing concerns and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

oResponsible for preparing, reviewing, and presenting detailed progress reports, performance summaries, and project dashboards to senior management on a regular basis.

oEstablish performance monitoring mechanisms to track progress, generate timely reports, and share actionable insights with senior management.

oStay informed on market innovations, material advancements, and execution best practices to continually improve project delivery standards.

oLead process improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency and elevate delivery benchmarks across projects.

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
