Responsibilities

_ Work for client\'s projects across (Port, Airport, Real Estate, Housing, Other development Infrastructure projects) in a PMU mandate for the Government of Karnataka (GoK), based out of client\'s office in Bangalore

_ Show a commitment to understanding and meeting client expectations on a daily basis

_ Always act in accordance with legal/ regulatory/ and internal risk procedures, remaining independent and objective at all time

_ To provide support/assistance for proposals/ business development activities

_ Working closely with the other team members of the PMU as well as regional leadership

_ To contribute to the effective working of the team and development of team morale

The Candidate

_ MBA (full time) from a premier B-School or Tier 2 B-School

_ Minimum 5+ years of relevant post qualification experience in Government Consulting environment (ideally PMU mandates)

_ Excellent control on tender documents\' preparation / review / analysis (RFP/RFI/EoI/ Concession agreements)

_ Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

_ Experience of having worked on Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects

_ Experience in preparing feasibility/ viability studies/market demand assessment/preparing project reports and/ or thought leaderships

_ Excellent communication and presentation skills are required for client relationship building. Imperative to have a strong analytical bent of mind which further helps in projecting trends in forecasts/ numbers to clients

_ Strong analytical skills are required for analyzing the data at hand

_ Financial analysis/ modelling tends to be an integral part of most projects in M&A consulting

Selection Process

Eligibility criteria for a transfer through an IJP

_ All confirmed employees and Fixed Term Staff (with tenure of 6 months or more) of the firm

_ Those who have undergone a performance cycle, should showcase an effective performance in the last appraisal cycle

_ Employees can apply for positions which are a level higher subject to them meeting firm\'s promotion criteria

_ This policy does not apply to Trainees, Staff Accountants and Retainers

Interview process

_ If the profile / resume of the internal candidate is shortlisted by the hiring manager, the internal candidate will be informed via email and will be provided a date to attend the recruitment process

_ All candidates selected for interviews will meet with the concerned HR Recruiter to understand the roles and responsibilities of this position

_ There will be a technical round of interview for this position followed by a Partner / Director interview.
