Your key responsibilities

• The Vendor Management Specialist (VMS) is responsible for the service relationship with a vendor on a transactional level and for transactional vendor related support tasks
• The Vendor Management Specialist supports the daily workload, activities and tasks of the divisional vendor management function/s (in particular the business and Vendor Manager)
• Ensure service relationship data and performance and cost management information is up-to-date. They will perform vendor related risk management process responsibilities promptly and monitor the service relationship via KPI reporting and tracking
• The Vendor Management Specialist closely collaborates with Procurement, the business and the respective Vendor Manager
• Vendor Management Specialist supports and advises the business on the best possible design of the service relationship. They will identify process gaps or inconsistencies and propose appropriate mitigating actions to drive efficiencies for areas (or vendors) within their remit
• the Vendor Management Specialist ensures compliance with the applicable policies, procedures and key operating documents
• The candidate is expected to build skills and experience to support the end-to-end vendor relationship, cross-functionally
• Experience and Knowledge in reference to Contracts and dbTPRM tool will be added advantage.

Your skills and experience

• BCA, MCA, BTech, MTech or equivalent technical qualification with 10+ years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, Word, Power-point etc
• Strong Analytical & problem solving skills
• Passion and proven ability to work with management information, financial figures and mass data
