MIS Risk Management is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an AVP focused on Risk Governance. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the governance of global operational risk management program across Moody\'s Investors Service (MIS. Key responsibilities include the following: Support the execution of the risk management governance forums including coordination and preparation of materials, action items follow-ups, management of forward-looking agendas, and management of meeting logistics Support annual self-assessment process and analysis for risk committees and the business Support the maintenance and enhancement of the MIS Risk Management framework and related documentation Assist in the preparation of risk management presentations and training materials Maintain internal documentation repositories Assist with future phases of the Risk Management program development and implementation Support other risk governance related initiatives and ad-hoc requests as required Collaborate with the business, internal audit, compliance, and other relevant stakeholders as necessary Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and work under tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively Excellent interpersonal and listening skills Ability to act independently and exercise good judgment Flexibility and adaptability in work approach Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams Project management experience Strong knowledge of MS Office suite of products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint Work overlapping hours with New York office Bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, accounting, risk management, or a related field 6-8 years of related Business or Risk Management governance work experience Risk Management Moody\'s is an equal opportunity employer.
