What We\'ll Bring: TransUnion in India provides several solutions ranging from data, analytics, insights and solutions for the end-to-end processing of a customer financial life cycle that includes engagement, acquisition and management all the way to collections. This includes a stack of solutions that we are working towards aggressive standardization delivered via API. Our Solutions and Customer Onboarding team is responsible for helping create custom solutions that help our customers and partners consume our varied services and solution. These solutions can vary from simple consumption of data in a custom format from the Credit Bureau and Alternative Data sources too highly complex solutions with workflows for end-to-end acquisition solutions in real time leading to disbursement of loans. The Product Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the last mile delivery of solutions across our various product lines. He/She will be part of the pre-sales process to help understand and assimilate the client requirements and how those can be solved using either our standard and/or custom solutions. He/She will be responsible for working with the client to help choose the best options of various partners for implementation, data and services, along with the engineering team as may be required to solve the customer Critical Business Issues. Post signing of the deal, the Product Consultant will be responsible for creating and managing the framework for the delivery of the final solution to the client this will include coordinating and creating project plans with several stakeholder including internal delivery teams as well as external partners as may be the case. This may also include coordinating for product level changes and delivery from local and global teams. Required to engage with the client for key milestone deliveries as well as ensuring successful UAT and product launch. Post implementation the Product Consultant will be responsible for smooth functioning of the solutions as well continuous engagement with the client for the solution performances and work with the sales and product teams for the purpose of ensuring success of the customer implementation, setting up and providing critical MIS and upsell opportunities as well. What You\'ll Bring: Business Analysis & Project Management . Create end to end solutions for customers leveraging the TU and partner products capabilities to manage custom implementations by representing the voice of the customer within TU a) Conduct workshops for assessing client needs and create an approach for a technology enabled solution via assessment of maturity of client processes b) Setup and manage program governance on client implementations c) Obtain buy in on complex decisions from client and internal team stakeholders d) Identify risks, bottlenecks on implementation projects and their resolutions e) Ensure the delivery of the product meets client requirement . Manage product backlog and prioritize story points while participating in Agile ceremonies as part of sprint planning . Manage RFP/RFI process from solution design perspective in coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure win . Build strong relations with clients by continuously interacting with them and collecting feedback on the solutions implemented Partner Management . Own partnership engagement from Solution delivery / Project Management and conduct commercial due diligence for ongoing and upcoming projects . Track and control SLA signed with partner through planned interactions Impact You\'ll Make: MBA/PGDBM in Systems / IT / Marketing . Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field . PMP/SAFe/TOGAF/CBAP (Preferable not mandatory) Minimum 8 years of Project Management / Business Analysis / Product Management related experience working with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Technical operations, Sales and Information Security . Minimum 5 years of work experience in Banking credit products with lending portfolio management/ Insurance / Credit Bureau / Payments / Fintech . Minimum 2 years of working experience post MBA/PGDBM Creation of Business Requirement Documents, User Requirement Specification, and Functional Requirement Specifications. Creating Data Flow Diagrams, Use Cases, State Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams Gap Analysis & Change Request Management (CRM) . Skilled in performing Gap analysis and Impact Analysis by identifying existing technologies, documenting the enhancements to meet the end-state requirements . Strong Project management skills with capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously . Strong Business acumen to analyze commercial considerations and take decisions ensuring profitability . Good working knowledge of API and XML . Prior experience in BFSI must have . . Strong relationship building and collaboration capabilities. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. The ability to influence and work collaboratively with development teams is especially important. . High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, collaborative and tenaciously looking for ways to get results. .
