Identify the product gap, conduct research on the product idea, test the viability of the product, develop the infrastructure required to launch the product, get internal approvals to launch the productand file the product with regulatory authorities
Propose product pricing, channel payout policies, sales incentive policy while ensuring timely processing of payouts and incentives
Proactive development of marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs including designing and conducting sales contests and running marketing campaigns
Give inputs for website updation and share analytics to improve productivity and effectiveness of processes and business
ensure adequate training interventions on systems and processes while monitoring progress and publishing figures
Share analytics and competition with management to ensure profit making decisions are made.
