: Job Purpose

• Anchor digital customer acquisition strategy, managing digital lending platforms and ensuring the seamless integration of digital channels into the company's overall business plan.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:

• Devise strategy to build on-line business through SEM, SEO and Omni-channel marketing.
• Oversee the development and optimization of the website, mobile apps, and online loan portals to drive traffic.
• Drive end-to-end online customer acquisition with focus on efficiency and ROI.
• Driving aggregator tie-ups and cross-sell on existing TCL customers
• Work closely with data science team to curate offers and use alternate data to enhance customer proposition and enhance success matrices.
• Work closely with tech team to enhance user journeys and reduce friction.
• Spearhead the organisation strategy on Gen AI and ensure implementation across business functions.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions for financial products and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Digital Sales teams to integrate AI into workflows.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends and tools to drive innovation.

Qualification : Graduate / Master/ Post graduate
