The AVP Marketing will lead strategic marketing and communication initiatives within the renewable energy sector, focusing on enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement. This role requires expertise in developing and executing marketing campaigns and communication strategy tailored to the renewable energy industry.
The key responsibilities are -

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition in the renewable energy space.
• Lead the creation of marketing campaigns tailored to promote renewable energy solutions and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels to reach target audiences effectively.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.

A successful AVP Marketing should have:

• Atleast 15+ years of experience in marketing and communications domain in the renewable energy or power space.
• Proven experience in marketing, particularly within the renewable energy or energy and natural resources industries.
• Strong understanding of external and internal communication, social media marketing, employer branding and PR
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team management skills
