Introduction: Manage Entire Testing for Marketing Tech Pods Extensive hands on in managing multiple projects and team Have very good understanding in managing and preparing strategy for E2E Project Testing Complete hands-on in ETL/ Data ware house testing using Informatica & Ab-Initio Drive project requirement analysis for Retail Banking domain projects Test artefact - Guide test strategy, plan, daily status report, weekly status report, test scenarios, data Review the test results and provide adequate feedback to the team Defect reporting and tracking Demonstrate implementation of process, strategy and/or testing improvement/efficiencies Identifying and Fast tracking the redundant activity and automate the same using available utilities and tools Should be able to drive automation through innovation and new ideas and technology What will you be doing 1. Knowledge and Skill 12-14 years of experience in software testing with at least 3 years in Dataware House/ETL testing Extensive experience in managing E2E test project Understanding of ETL/DWH concepts Knowledge of CDP and NBA Tools. Strong automation background (Preferable tools - Selenium, Cucumber, Karate) Automation using selenium and BDD framework Automation of ETL execution and validation Experience in managing E2E testing projects, prepare test strategy, plan, perform extensive review Participate in requirement analysis and static testing Participate in test estimations for project Create test cases/ scripts/ charters/ data sheets/ sample data Very good communication skills within the team and to stake holders Provide guidance to team members on technology/domain/application queries Demonstrate an improvement in business and/or system knowledge in your relevant program line Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Data concepts, ETL (Ab-Initio, Informatica), Data Warehousing, RDBMS with exposure to Unix, Mainframes, API Testing, Good Automation background (preferable Java, Selenium) Good Understanding of automation frameworks, tools and techniques, UNIX/LINUX OS 2. Communication Expected to document all testing details in a testing tool and follow agreed guidelines. And also ensure the team is following the same New functionality is to be documented and shared with the larger testing team so that all are aware of any new changes to system behaviour and functionality Send out daily/weekly progress reports. Ensure that test case execution and defect statuses are reported in a clear and concise form in daily/weekly progress reports Choose and effectively use the most appropriate form of communication (face to face, AV, phone, skype and email) with all stakeholders 3.
