Role Responsibilities Support the VP BPGO with the smooth running of the business function to adequately manage financials, headcount and risk, whilst driving a culture of continuous improvement and improving stakeholder/customer value. Responsibilities include: In charge of the business process modelling and maintenance of the Data Management team. Create, define and manage a service catalogue for Finance Data Management. Oversee the service level agreements, cost allocation models and ensure they are refreshed and reviewed on a timely basis with relevant stakeholders. Ensure processes are documented in business process modelling software. Key work drivers and SLA metrics are understood, linked to services and cost allocation models. Change control new services or increase/decrease in headcount. Oversee headcount and budget tracking for the department, identifying and tracking open roles, cost saving or efficiency initiatives that will influence our services. Manage the key risk, control and incident metrics for the department, integrating them into the Operational Risk Framework and having robust plans, dates and actions for incidents, audit points and risk treatment plans. Working with the central Finance OR team to define the OR framework for the unit, including periodic assessment and refresh. Manage the department communications strategy and organise the Quarterly town halls and operational risk review meetings. Ensuring the effectiveness of Control checks and their sustainability. Ensure that the BCP framework of disaster recovery drills, laptop strategy, Call Tree exercise is implemented efficiently across Finance and Treasury Data Management Team. Manage Group Audit, Internal Audit, External and Regulatory audits end to end. Manage HC, JR and Monitor monthly billing confirmation from IDQM billing SPOC. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to Change quickly. Highly detailed and result oriented. Understand Financial Reporting & related systems.
