Purpose of the Job :

Driving productivity growth & superior levels of salesforce engagement by effectively leveraging R&R budgets as well as enhancing efficiencies at field level through smart resource management Conceptualize, create & execute effective reward & recognition programs that drive business growth, build field participation & improve distribution. Primary custodian of the channel\'s variable budget. Developing & implementing a strong lead management framework to drive lead flow optimization, build field productivities & improve distribution healthThe role will achieve success through a blend of strategic visioning, execution excellence & strong collaboration with HO & field stakeholders

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manpower dimensioning & close collaboration with HR & field teams to ensure requisite manning in the field\xe2\x80\xa2 Drive attrition control behaviors in the field such as manager hand-holding & on-the-job training\xe2\x80\xa2 Drive participation & earnings in the sales incentive plan (SIP) through effective collaboration with HO as well as field teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain desired product mix in the channel through smart design of product credits, strong field communication & collaboration with Direct Account Team Campaign Managers\xe2\x80\xa2 Designing innovative sales contests to drive business objectives, participation through continuous reviews & communication\xe2\x80\xa2 Design effective lead management logics to drive resource optimization & improve distribution health. Review campaign performances periodically with campaign managers & field leadership to ensure adequate utilization & spread of leads\xe2\x80\xa2 Forecasting & budgeting for the Channel across verticals to ensure cost & operational synergies
Prerequisites
  • Distribution planning & forecasting experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills, ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.\xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of field dynamics & strong field connect\xe2\x80\xa2 High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong collaboration skills & the ability to work in a team environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in distribution strategy, channel engagement/program management teams will be desirableQualificationsMBA from a premier institute
