Job Description

The AVP - CFO's Office role in the building & construction industry involves fundraising (debt and equity), financial strategy formulation, capital structure planning and stakeholder communication. This position, based in Mumbai, requires expertise in fundraising and FP&A to drive business growth effectively

• Support fund raising across debt and equity instruments for infrastructure and real estate businesses, including NCD, project finance, term loans, LRD and CP
• Collaborate with the CFO to develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
• Develop and maintain robust project financial models, including IRR, NPV, DSCR, break-even, and sensitivity analysis.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate financial practices.
• Mentor and guide the accounting & finance team to achieve departmental goals.

A successful AVP - CFO's Office should have:

• CA/CFA+MBA with 12-15 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of fundraising, financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in the property or building & construction industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
