4.Anchor & lead feasibility of loan journey with coordination of technology .
5.Develop new processes in close coordination with business, lead efforts of change management, risk management, communication planning and tracking /monitoring of project budget and schedule
6.Develop and execute knowledge transfer plans, including documentation of service catalogues and processes.
7.Lead to implement & integrate technology and systems requirement with the partners through the BRD framework.
8.Deploy robotics process automation (RPA) for simplifying operational & business procedures
9.Deploy a Chatbot to automate responses and solutions to customer queries.
10.Create and manage the digital strategy map with a drive to deliver on strategic goals with focus on funnel management, project prioritization, user experience, and internal as well as external user engagement.
11.Align with TCHFL's digital strategy/solutions to ascertain digital development applicability so as to enable speed to market.
12.Liaison with internal & external stakeholders to effectively deliver business outcomes.Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate
