Job Purpose

• To manage all activities pertaining to housing finance projects with leverage of Technology digitalize and automation that will impact the way the housing business operates.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:

• Anchor business imperatives in terms of transformation, process re-engineering, continuous improvement, analytics, digital strategy, digital transformation.
• Responsible for facilitating end-to-end digital strategy, design and automation of the company's digital roadmap for business solutions and creating the bridge between data science and the business operations.
• Articulate business needs with supporting facts and business value for recommended solutions.
• Understand workflow based on logic and establish an understanding of current state of the business process and conceptualize the future state of the same in an automated solution by articulating the roadmap in the form of BRD.
• Take complete ownership of preparing automation solution, designing frameworks and lead the implementation of strategy, plans and execution of the project.

Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate
