Job Title : Chief of Staff to the Founder

: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Chief of Staff to join our fast-growing startup. As the Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO in driving the company\'s vision forward. You will be responsible for providing leverage to the CEO through data-driven insights, problem solving and managing multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Support: Work closely with the founder to develop and implement the company\'s strategic initiatives, helping to prioritize, plan, and execute key projects.

- Project Management: Oversee and manage special projects, ensuring they align with the company\'s mission and goals. This may include market research, product launches, fundraising efforts, and more.

- Communication: Serve as a bridge between the founder and other team members, ensuring the effective flow of information and alignment with the company\'s objectives.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, including executive assistants and project managers, to ensure the smooth operation of the founder\'s office.

- Data Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges and develop solutions, working collaboratively with the founder and other stakeholders.

- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications :

- Ideal candidate would have 3-6 years of experience showcasing exceptional skills in problem-solving, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

- Education: MBA from Tier-1 colleges such as IIM/ ISB/ XLRI/ etc.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a startup or high-growth company.

- Management consultants from BCG/ Bain/ Mckinsey/ AT Kearney preferred

- Authentic executive presence, comfortable engaging with senior leadership.

- Structured decision-making approach, coupled with a bias towards swift action and execution.

- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and an ability to forge trusting relationships.

- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
