Designation: Business Development - Audio Visual (AV)

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AV domain across corporate, education, hospitality, healthcare, and government sectors. Meet or exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and solution selling. Prepare and deliver AV solution proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements. Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with the pre-sales, design, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Build and maintain long-term client relationships and provide after-sales support. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotes, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any educational qualification. 3-6 years of experience in AV sales or a related technology sales role. Strong understanding of AV products such as projectors, LED walls, speakers, mixers, video conferencing units (e.g., Poly, Cisco, Logitech), and control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and basic technical drawings.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
