REQUIRED- ASM - AREA SALES MANAGER - ( Automotive Lubricants Sales Specialist ) AT SURAT, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, MEHSANA LOCATION About The Company - Automotive Lubricants Industry Experience of at least 2-10 years as an AREA SALES MANAGER - SALES MANAGER - OR SALES (preferably Automotive Lubricants or Automotive spare parts INDUSTRY ) Location - SURAT- Ahmedabad, Vadodara, MEHSANA SALARY - 30K TO 45K MUST BE EXPERIENCE IN Automotive Lubricants or Automotive spare parts INDUSTRY JOB ROLE - Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory Roll out annual, quarterly, and monthly distributor programs; Produce targeted sales action plans on monthly, quarterly and annual basis for designated area; To work closely with the distributor and their staff members in meeting annual targets; Training and development of the Distributor sales team Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company\'s customer base and ensures its strong presence Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
