General Summary:

• Atleast 7 to 10 years experience in..
• Provide engineering support to Qcom Autonomous Driving platform’s Customer.
• Co-work with PDM & engineering for Customer requirements and issues.
• Analyze the customer requirements, identify the key challenges, risks and mitigation.
• Fully updated with Qcom ADAS platform roadmap and be first point of contact for customer for all technical queries and support request.
• Support issues reported by customer in lab test, drive test, certifications etc.
• Perform RCA of customer issues and provide feedback to engineering team.
• Help in making ADAS platform customer support strategy & planning.
• Experience with high speed peripheral like PCIe Stack, Fast Remote Procedure Call stack on Automotive platforms like QNX, Linux, Green Hill.
• Working Experience with Linux Kernel, device drivers, Stability, system boot architecture.
• Working Experience with Android, QNX & Hypervisor based Automotive IVI or ADAS platforms.
• Working knowledge of C/C++, device Driver, Kernel programming.
• Preferable to have experience in Functional Safety, FMEA & FTA.

Minimum Qualifications:  Analyze and Coordinate the Automotive Customer’s requirements for ADAS Platform & be first point of contact for customer platform issues and requirements.
 Closely work with Qcom Product management & R&D team for customer requirements, schedule and deliveries.
 Involve & drive technical discussion with Customer and Engineering team & help in finding the solution.
 Triaging, Debugging software failures reported by Customers on ADAS platform specially in areas like bootup, ADAS algorithms compute Performance, PCIe communication performance & Stability.
 Optimize, Measure, Verify KPI benchmarks, Custom applications for ADAS Platform.
 Work hand in hand with Product, Program Management, Technology teams for smooth commercialization
