Assists in directing and scheduling the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing always.
Make a sales plan (Targets and Forecast) and lead the team in executing it.
Forecast accuracy is a must.
Sales collection is a key responsibility of Sales Manager and his team.
Make sales tracking formats for the sales team to track the efficacy of them.
Assists in developing the sales department budget and minimizing expenses.
Assists in forecasting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives for the department and for individual salespeople and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
Assists in the development of improvement programs for salespeople who are having difficulty reaching their objectives.
Ensures that dealership policies (SOPs) and procedures are understood and followed by salespeople.
Helps the sales manager maintain a balanced inventory based on customer and market statistics.
After sales service is a key for success in automobile Industry.
Assists salespeople in closing deals when necessary.
Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect vehicle sales. Also coordinate regarding tender and participate on that.

Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sale and brand visibility for the car dealership
Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners, managers, and dealership staff to establish sales processes
Implement growth strategies that align with automotive group objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while maintaining vehicle inventory that meets the needs of the local market
Essential Qualifications, Job Related Knowledge and skills:
Education: MBA/PGDM or equivalent
Experience: Must have 8+ years of experience
Knowledge of French Language is must
Ready to reallocate to DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo), in Africa continent.
