Job Description

:
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and API-based applications.
Perform API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI, or similar.
Build and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium, Java/Python, TestNG, or Cucumber.
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
Analyze test results, log defects, and track them to closure.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, and product owners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting activities. Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP) and validation techniques.
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, RestAssured, Postman, or PyTest.
Proficient in Java or Python for automation scripting.
Experience with TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber frameworks.
Good understanding of JSON, XML, and SQL queries for data validation.
Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
