Job Description

:
An experienced Quality Engineering professional who can combine deep technical expertise with strong business and communication skills. This role will lead solution design for large-scale QA/QE programs, craft compelling proposals, and present value propositions to prospective and existing customers.

• Collaborate with sales and account teams to understand client requirements and RFP/RFI scope.
• Design comprehensive QE strategies covering automation, performance, security, and continuous testing.
• Draft high-quality proposals, SOWs, and responses that clearly articulate technical solutions, delivery approach, effort estimates, and pricing models.
• Showcase differentiators, success stories, and ROI to strengthen win probability.
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations, demos, and workshops.
• Act as a trusted advisor during client discussions, addressing technical questions and objections.Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, performance/security testing, and cloud-based QA solutions.
• Proven track record of writing winning proposals and delivering client presentations.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to estimate effort and cost accurately and draft commercial models.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and modern SDLC practices.
• Support transition from proposal to delivery by briefing delivery teams on agreed solutions.
