Job Summary:
A skilled Automation Tester with 4-5 years of experience in automation testing, particularly with Django applications using Python and Cypress testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for Django-based applications using Python.
• Design and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks using Cypress.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and create effective test cases.
• Perform regression testing and ensure consistent and accurate test results across software releases.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing.
• Participate in test planning, review, and reporting activities.
• Continuously improve automation processes and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Work with APIs and integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
• Strong experience with Django applications and Python programming.
• Proficient in Cypress for front-end automation testing.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, pyATS, Postman, and JMeter.
• Knowledge of API testing and integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other automation tools like UiPath, Robot Framework, or TestComplete.
• Understanding of network automation and Cisco APIs is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
