Test Lead - UAT Coordination

PUNE/HYDERABAD/BANGALORE

What's this role about?
Role Summary: Lead UAT planning, execution, and coordination across business stakeholders (~800 test cases). Ensure traceability, smooth execution, and closure with defect transparency.
Skills required to contribute:
Responsibilities:

• o Coordinate UAT execution with onsite stakeholders.
• o Manage test planning, execution logs, and traceability.
• o Provide daily execution tracking and defect triage.
• o Publish UAT readiness and completion reports.
• o Collaborate with QMO for reporting and dashboard integration.

Skills & Experience:

• o 8-12 years in QA/UAT leadership.
• o Strong stakeholder management & communication.
• o Hands-on automation experience with AccelQ.
• o Familiarity with defect management tools (Jira, ALM).
