We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist - Automation Tester
In this role, you will:
Principal responsibilities
o Identifying risks and escalating issues on time, to the right stakeholders.
o Identifying crisis situations during project lifecycle and handling favourably for the project.
o Managing multiple testing team members across multiple projects.
o Timely status reporting of the issues identified.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Technical capabilities
o Should have indepth knowledge on manual testing and functional testing.
o Expert in Selenium, Webdriver, Test NG, Rest Assured, Cucumber BDD, SOAP UI,API testing, Karate
o Expert in Devops tooling like GIT, Jenkins, Nexus & G3.
o Experience in SQL/MongoDB.
o Experience in JMeter.
o Experience in JIRA, Zephyr.
o Hands-on experience on implementing BDD framework
o Preferred to have experience in Performance testing and Stress testing tools
o Experience in Agile methodologies, preparing test strategies for medium to high range projects
o Familiar with SQL skills and database operations
o Proactively communicate with product owner, developers, QA, and database engineers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
o Experience with stress/performance testing and has the knowledge of security testing, scalability testing
o Good understanding of Web Technologies and understanding of emerging trends and technologies i.e. Knowledge in MQ,Power apps, Kafka, Integration Patterns, Mongo DB, Maven, Jenkins, Micro Service Architecture, BPM (PEGA or Appian) and WebSphere application server.
o Strong English Communication and analytical skills are a must for working in a complex global team environment.
o Strong risk management skills
o Excellent communication skills
o Project Management tool - Clarity
o Project status reporting(from testing perspective).

• Good to have

o Strong technical aptitude
o Willing to work in shifts based on the project need.
o Maintain a good rapport with stakeholders and delivery teams
o Knowledge of Credit Risk domain would be preferred.
o Nice to have exposure to powerapps.
o Working experience on the Credit Risk management applications will be an added advantage.
