Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead with a strong background in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with automation frameworks, test design, and execution, while also capable of leading small to mid-sized testing teams and coordinating closely with global customers to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities

• o Lead the planning, design, and execution of automation strategies across multiple customer projects.
• o Collaborate with global customers and internal teams to understand requirements, define test objectives, and deliver quality outcomes.
• o Review test cases, ensure adequate coverage, and drive defect prevention through proactive quality measures.
• o Mentor junior testers and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• o Participate in project estimation, status reporting, and risk identification activities.
• o Contribute to the setup and enhancement of test automation processes and best practices.
• o Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with the Automation CoE (ACOE) where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

• o 6-7 years of total testing experience, with at least 3+ years in automation leadership roles.
• o Hands-on experience with Java/Python Selenium (framework design, execution, maintenance).
• o Strong expertise in manual testing, including test case design, coverage analysis, and execution.
• o Exposure to API automation and CI/CD integrations.
• o Proven experience in managing small to medium test teams and ensuring timely, quality deliverables.
• o Experience working with global customers in a client-facing or delivery coordination role.
• o Background in services or consulting environments preferred.

Good to have: Exposure to Automation CoE/ACOE initiatives or framework standardisation projects.
