About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Automation Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects, improve test coverage, and enhance the overall testing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, proficiency in automation tools, and excellent problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, PlayWright, and RobotFramework.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and design.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the automation framework.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing as needed.
• Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and techniques.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of Automation tools like Selenium, PlayWright, RobotFramework.
• Strong testing background, test scenario preparation, functionality testing.
• Familiarity with CICD tools like Jenkins, Github.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
