Job Summary Looking for Engineer with strong Technical Skill sets for key Project Deliverables.
Resource will be responsible for the overall software engineering output of the team.
Resource will own the full development lifecycle process inception to production.
This includes tangible metrics like velocity & quality, delivering features on time and intangible measures like team morale, learning & improvement and advocating best practices across cross functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Day to day job involves leading multi-shore engineers and working closely with product owner to deliver features incrementally in SCRUM methodology.
Work closely with Scrum team/Architects to align on the centralized design standards, frameworks & tools to accelerate deliverables.
Design, Develop, test, deploy the platform.
Technical Skills required in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, Azure DevOPS, Oracle SQL Queries, automation frame work and API
Develop automated tools and accelerators for speedy testing.
Understand B&M working model and play multiple role like BA, Dev and Test
Simplify the business requirements and propose clean design with Java technologies.
Hands-on coding, develop high quality code while meeting deadlines.
Good design for given business domain and occasional implementation of POCs & JUNITS
Work in highly collaborative, fun-loving team using Agile methodology.
Good understanding of the Systems Implementation Life Cycle
Skills and Experience
Min 5-8 Years of Full stack development and unit testing experience and automation framework with decent understanding of core design Patterns
Hands-on Java, Spring, Hibernate, Azure DevOPS, Selenium, API and Load Runner.
Experience of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Experience with Oracle databases
Good experience in eSDLC process, ADO Build and release management
Develop and sustain good relationships with clients & colleagues.
Support faster delivery by enforcing the use of agile delivery tools.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
