About the Department Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 800+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT India is to \'manage\' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Intelligent Automation CoE (IA CoE) department leads a key IT innovation initiative in DD&IT (while running from Global Business Services under the Cross-IT umbrella of FBCIT, responsible for automating processes by developing, supporting, and maintaining Robots, iBPM and Chatbots in Novo Nordisk.Apply Now! The Position As Automation Architect, you are responsible for overall infrastructure setup and operations for RPA in Novo Nordisk and for solution design and review of RPA use cases. It includes, Overseeing all automations built in Power Apps Suite along with RPA automations in UiPath also advice, plan and implementation of new RPA offerings to the existing platform (UI Path) Creating new solutions in emerging Automation technologies, and product offerings from the existing vendor Create an automation technology roadmap and keep it updated Advise Line of Businesses and Intelligent Automation CoE on how multiple automation technologies work with each other and potential new use cases as an outcome Work on continual improvement projects in the existing landscape Prepare IA CoE level initiatives such as code review, code versioning, continuous deployment and integration Automate all internal IA COE processes such as development, monitoring , service requests and mistake proof the existing solutions to ensure a high degree of platform compliance Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science 7-14 years of experience with IT Proven track record of handling RPA Architecture build, design and Maintenance and continual improvement Vast knowledge of automation landscape and technologies, and aware of latest developments Faster adaptability to modern technology Experience with managing large scale IT solutions Good understanding of Public and Private cloud Strong knowledge of GxP framework (desired) Demonstrate pro-activeness and task ownership Understanding of general business environment Understanding of Project Management Framework including Agile Project concepts Experience in Lean, Six Sigma tools and concepts (certification is desirable) Good problem-solving and process skills Automation Architect certification desired Experience in Agile and DevOps Excellent Communication skills (Verbal & Written) Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry will be helpful Working at Novo Nordisk We are a proud life-science company, and life is our reason to exist.
