Sales & Business Development



Identify and develop

new customers

for automation products and solutions Generate leads and convert them into

sales opportunities

Achieve

sales targets

and revenue goals Prepare and deliver

sales presentations and product demonstrations


Customer Relationship Management



Understand customer requirements and propose

automation solutions

Build and maintain strong

client relationships

Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and objections Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Technical & Product Knowledge



Develop strong knowledge of

automation systems

(PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, sensors) Coordinate with technical teams to design

customized solutions

Explain technical features and benefits to non-technical customers

Market & Competitor Analysis



Monitor

market trends

and competitor activities Collect customer feedback and share insights with management Identify new market opportunities and industries
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
