. Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development

Identify potential customers in automotive, die-mould, fabrication, aerospace, and general engineering sectors.
Promote automation solutions such as CNC/VMC automation, robotic loading/unloading, tool management systems, conveyors, jigs & fixtures, and custom automation setups.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, prepare competitive quotations, and close sales orders.
Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and on-site consultations.
B. Technical Analysis & Solution Design

Understand customer manufacturing processes, cycle times, and pain points to propose suitable automation solutions.
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to design and validate automation concepts.
Assist in creating technical documentation, layout drawings, and solution flow diagrams.
Provide pre-sales technical support to customers.
C. Customer Support & Project Coordination

Coordinate with the project and service team for installation, commissioning, and testing of automation systems.
Ensure timely communication with customers regarding project timelines, updates, and deliverables.
Provide basic training to customers on the automation systems delivered.
Support in resolving technical issues during trials and initial run.
D. Reporting & Market Intelligence

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and order pipelines in CRM/ERP.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track competitor offerings, market trends, and customer requirements.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of CNC/VMC machines*, robotics, PLCs, motion control, and industrial automation.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with ability to design practical automation solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage field visits.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic CAD understanding (added advantage).

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
