Job Requirements
Role and Responsibility Brief

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for validating Windows client/agent applications.
• Create automated test suites to verify UI elements, workflows, notifications, and background services.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across different Windows environments.
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects, ensuring error-free deployments.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and system engineers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish test data management and environment setup for repeatable test runs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage.

Work Experience
Essential Skills

• Strong experience in Windows desktop automation using tools such as WinAppDriver, Pywinauto, TestComplete or Ranorex.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (Python, PowerShell, C#, or Java).
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments, client/agent applications, and validation workflows.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Ability to design robust automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for Windows application issues.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Windows Patch Catalogs and KB article validation.
• Exposure to virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V) for test environments.

• Understanding of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
