Establish Automation, AI & Analytics (AAA) India team and Transformation vision and strategy in set scope to drive business value through automation & Artificial Intelligence offerings Drive engagements towards set partners and organizations in Network Operations service delivery, network roll-out and network optimisation domain Manage identification, assessment, and prioritization of opportunities through discovery assessments and align commitment with respective unit sponsors Manage overall program steering in the unit(s), performance, benefits realization, and long-term transformation agenda Collaborate with partners at different levels in the units and champion change and transformation enablement Ability to influence across the organization, reliably leading change, originating ideas, encouraging, and gaining dedication Ability to communicate and drive engagement towards senior stakeholders The ability to mentor and guide the business transformation leads to assess automation opportunities across the business areas. Deep level of understanding and experience in technology strategy, operations transformation, technology adoption, digital transformation, one or more Automation, Analytics & AI technologies (AI, Data Analytics, RPA, Blockchain, cognitive, low code, etc.) Good understanding of translating business strategy to automation and work to build plans to support transformation using technology. Excellent presentational skills and confidence in front of an audience Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business Administration Preferable IT environment/Software knowledge &Telco Network understanding.
