Automation Engineer
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer - Automation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PLC programming, Machine software development, industrial automation, and machine control systems, along with experience managing a team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions for our packaging machines.
YOUR MISSION

• Responsible for development of machine software - New product & improvements in existing products.
• Develop, debug, and optimize B&R PLC software (Automation Studio) for packaging machines.
• Design and implement HMI applications for machine operation and diagnostics.
• Standardize PLC function blocks and software libraries for reusable automation solutions.
• Co-ordinate with customer support & FSE team to troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues in

installed systems. * Research and implement new automation technologies for performance optimization.

• Improve cycle times, reduce downtime, and enhance energy efficiency in machine automation.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain & update software backups with relevant version information.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: 3-7 Years of relevant field.

• Education: BE/ME in Electronics & Telecommunication (ENTC), Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering (EE), or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

Required experience and skills:

• PLC/Motion/Hardware/network/Mechatronic/safety skills
• Strong competence in machine development, Conveyors & line management.
• B&R skills is in must.
• Siemens skills is advantage
• Beverage's equipment experience is in advantage
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional and international teams.
• Proactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude.
• Strong sense of self-motivation and determined.
• Rigorous
• Organized
• Availability to travel.
• Strong team management & communication skills.
