About Us
NeevIQ is a technology-forward construction solutions company that thrives where creativity meets real-world building. We operate at the energetic crossroads of manufacturing, construction, and software, crafting tools and workflows that push the industry into its next evolution.
Our teams work across VDC, Industrialized Construction, AR/VR, Data Analytics, and platform engineering, supporting customers in the US, Europe, and India.
We're now assembling a group of builders who don't just follow blueprints--they automate them.
Role Overview
We're looking for an Automation Engineer who lives at the intersection of coding and construction.
If C# is your comfort zone, if you've ever made Revit or Tekla behave in creative ways, and if your instinct is to automate anything repetitive, this might be your next home.
You will build plugins, custom tools, integrations, and automation workflows that empower our design and construction teams.
Think of this role as part developer, part workflow magician, part digital craftsman.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build Plugins & Extensions
Develop automation tools, add-ins, and plugins for Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD, and other AEC design platforms.
Expand native software capabilities using platform APIs and SDKs.
Convert "What if the software could do...?" into "Now it can."
2. Automate Workflows
Streamline modeling, documentation, and coordination tasks through code.
Create pipelines linking design platforms with databases, dashboards, cloud systems, or integration layers.
Simplify complex construction logic into elegant, reusable scripts.
3. Systems Integration
Connect AEC applications to internal tools through APIs and custom connectors.
Collaborate across VDC, BIM, and software teams to unify digital workflows.
4. Quality, Testing & Support
Ensure tools are reliable, stable, and production-ready.
Maintain documentation, manage version control, and support users.
Iterate rapidly based on real-world feedback.
5. Innovation & Collaboration
Prototype new ideas, explore new APIs, and break creative ground.
Work with designers, engineers, and developers to push automation boundaries.
Contribute to platform evolution and product-thinking within the team.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and clean code practices
Good grasp of geometry, construction logic, and design workflows
Proficiency with Git, debugging, and modern development workflows
Nice to Have
Python scripting
Experience with Dynamo, Grasshopper, or other parametric design tools
Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, or cloud services
Exposure to digital fabrication, automation in manufacturing, or industrialized construction
Human Skills
Curiosity with an appetite for experimentation
Ability to translate user pain points into elegant tools
Enjoy working across disciplines
Comfort with prototyping, breaking things, fixing things, and refining them
