The primary function of this role is to work as an Automation tester in the Pune Legal Technology - CLM CoE team, working closely with other technical lead to actively contribute to application quality. Colleague should have good knowledge of Automation testing using Selenium, well versed with tools like JIRA, GIT and having basic knowledge of iCertis will be an added advantage. What will you be doing The primary function of this role is to develop and support Automation testing using Selenium for CLM CoE for iCertis platform. . Create Automation code using Java, Selenium without support. . API testing experience is required . Hands on experience for Testing tools like JIRA etc. . Work on enhancements needed to the repository and framework to enable other team members, work on automation scripting. . Constant communication and follow-ups with various stake holders to track deliverable during test automation and dry-run phases where applicable. Escalate issues to LM as appropriate . Complete tasks / deliverables within schedule constraints (for self) . Provide guidance to other team members on technology/ application queries . Strives for 100% Automated Tests and collates evidence for Test automation progress reporting and tracking. Articulates the tests executed, data used, the results and defects to project stakeholders . Should be having good knowledge on testing principles, writing test scenarios, creating test reports, reporting bugs, version controlling tool git etc . Capability to take ownership of Project and raising related risks, problems to etc. to relevant stakeholders and taking initiative to solve them . Assist in creating test data based upon project requirements . Good to have experience of iCertis platform as the role demands automation testing for projects developed on iCertis platform. . Produce documented & tested software for delivery to production What we\'re looking for: Personal attributes essential to performing role including competencies, expertise, knowledge, and experience. Skills that will help you in the role: -Automation testing and API testing experience using Selenium, Should know how to use Insomnia. - Should be having good knowledge on testing principles, writing test scenarios, creating test reports, reporting bugs, version controlling tool git etc along with JIRA/ Confluence understanding - Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills. Should be having good knowledge on testing principles, writing test scenarios, creating test reports, reporting bugs, version controlling tool git etc - Previous experience and knowledge of contract management exercises in legal. Sound understanding of legal downstream and related remediation work. - Great communication and problem-solving skills, and a good team player - A degree in engineering, computer science or a quantitative discipline e.g. statistics, physics or mathematics preferred. Banking / finance or Legal experience advantageous. - Manual and automation test case writing experience for iCertis product is nice to have. - Good to have if worked on Agile scrum team, involved in Sprint planning, retrospective, daily stand ups etc. - Test management and execution of complex applications and integrations.
