Why You\'ll Love This Job: Incumbent works hands on to ensure the QA, Deployment and Maintenance of critical systems and releases that facilitate preparation and presentation of business data related to key applications within the Enterprise Automation space using manual and automated processes. Incumbent will manage the process through scheduling, effort estimation, and ensuring on-time delivery of all Test life cycle artifacts. Incumbent drives the quality assurance checks, reviews the work products and plays a key role in the overall project progress. Incumbent works closely with business systems analysts, developers and Project Managers using an Agile methodology. Incumbent may also perform post-process maintenance and troubleshooting, and train users and other team members as needed. What you\'ll do: Work hands on with our team\'s Business Analysts, Developers and Project Managers with a focus on improvement and quality of work products Participate in Business reviews providing input on requirements and analysis of system specifications Develop and execute Quality related procedures to develop effective test strategies and test plans Execute test cases and provide analysis on the results Act as the first line of defense for catching issues and ensure quality throughout the delivery life cycle Align risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk escalate appropriately Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of related experience Bachelor\'s degree preferred or equivalent experience Additional Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA with a firm understanding of the delivery life cycle.
