About the role:

\xc2\xb7 Develop and support Smalltalk development for the application

\xc2\xb7 Design technical and functional solutions and implement the same in PDS, client support, maintenance

What you will be doing:

\xc2\xb7 Identify bottlenecks in automation testing

\xc2\xb7 Quick scale-up / scale-down environments with the correct configuration.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Senior Architects on automation opportunities

\xc2\xb7 Help build faster execution of QA Tests

\xc2\xb7 Ensure optimal performance, quality, and automated unit testing.

\xc2\xb7 Help achieve a fine balance between UNIT testing, Functional testing & Regression testing.

\xc2\xb7 Help achieve a fine balance between API testing & E2E testing.

\xc2\xb7 Help achieve simulated testing of external interfaces.

\xc2\xb7 Take part in design discussions with Developers, Product managers, and Architects for the test suits design & related estimations.

\xc2\xb7 Get production data to replicate complex production issues.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure optimal performance, quality, and automated unit testing.

\xc2\xb7 Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

What you will need:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

\xc2\xb7 10+ yrs exp in Automation, DevOPS.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in automation technologies & should have the ability to find opportunities for automation in business works and SDLC processes.

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of DevOPS fundamentals & related tooling.

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Shell Scripts, Java, JavaScript, groovy

\xc2\xb7 Enough knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes or Ansible, or Chef.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of RPA would be an added advantage.

\xc2\xb7 An exposure of GENAI Technologies like Co-Pilot or similar models.

\xc2\xb7 Sufficient knowledge of RDBMS \xe2\x80\x93 PostgreSQL or Sybase

\xc2\xb7 Functional knowledge of US Trading.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills.

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated & should drive developments/enhancements independently.

Added bonus if you have:

\xc2\xb7 Experience of Agile Scrum will be an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Fluent in English

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communicator \xe2\x80\x93 ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
