We are seeking an experienced Automation Architect to join our team in Noida. As an Automation Architect at Ericsson, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing automated solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server-side languages, high-level design, and experience in AI/ML implementation or data science.Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automated solutions to optimize processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the architecture and design of automation frameworks and tools.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance automation capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation and automation best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation, AI/ML, and data science.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on automation and architecture.
• Proficiency in at least one server-side language such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with AI/ML implementation or data science is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, or Ansible.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
