Data Quality & Workflow Reporting provides transparency to Customer Operations' performance focusing on the key data sets that power our measurement of timelines, accuracy and completeness. The team will support our Market Driven Metrics program and delivery of timely operational reporting required to run our core customer workflows. Working within Data Quality & Workflow Reporting team, this automation architect role is focused on building technical capabilities particularly automation of reporting and creation of new dynamic dashboards and brining in efficiency gains by eliminating manual work. The role requires strong technical knowledge of automation tools, interpersonal & communication skills and strategic execution - working with our data experts, our colleagues in Performance Excellence, Business Delivery teams and Data enablement teams within Corporate Technology. Responsibilities / Accountabilities Work as part of a team with the other data quality & reporting teams to build a deep understanding of the time & effort to produce different reports Identify automation opportunities and build automation requirements Partner with our colleagues in quality/reporting teams to identify the right expertise to support each request & bringing them into the relevant scoping discussions Lead the automation of critical Customer Operations reporting Present recommendations and facilitate agreement for solution selection and implementation Work with our other shared services groups, specifically Performance & Insights team, Analytics capabilities and Data enablement within Corporate Technology Create technical learning pathways to upskill the team members and create a culture of automation. Contribute to the efficiency savings target Creating performance mechanisms for the automation solution Continually improve solutions working closely with delivery teams Data stewardship for ensuring all the core customer workflow information is available on Snowflake Create self-serve mechanisms to reduce simple reporting requests Lead the QMS/Deming strategy Qualifications/Capabilities Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field Strong technical expertise on tools like SQL, Python, R, Snowflakes, EDW, PowerBI, Tableau Ability to work proactively, with strong interpersonal skills across all levels of staff Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of business processes and internal workflow of the specific delivery team is a distinct advantage Strong Microsoft office knowledge (excel, PowerPoint) Must be self-motivated, resourceful, dynamic (able to respond to changing priorities) and able to work with minimal supervision within a global team Must be prepared to work UK/US hours as and when required At LSEG, we believe that creating a diverse and inclusive organisation is fundamental to the way we deliver on our promise of creating essential partnerships and open opportunities.
