Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
RPA Solution Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere and/or UiPath based on business requirements and process analysis.
Process Analysis and Identification: Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify and assess automation opportunities, documenting process details and feasibility.
Workflow Development and Testing: Build and test robust and scalable automation workflows (bots) following best practices and coding standards.
Deployment and Support: Deploy RPA solutions into production environments and provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure their stability and performance.
Exception Handling and Error Management: Implement effective exception handling mechanisms and error management procedures within automation workflows.
Security and Compliance: Adhere to security protocols and compliance standards during the development and deployment of automation solutions.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for RPA solutions, including design documents, user guides, and operational procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within existing automation workflows.
Platform Management (Support): Assist in the administration and maintenance of the RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere and/or UiPath)
Participate in the exploration and evaluation of emerging automation technologies, including agentic AI and next-generation AI, to identify potential applications within PerkinElmer.
