Automation Architect
Key Experience and Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance / Automation, with 3-5 years in a Lead/Architect role.
Strong hands-on experience with C#, Selenium, and database (SQL/SQL Server) testing.
Experience designing and building automation frameworks in C# (preferably using Selenium, Appium).
Strong understanding of relational databases and ability to write/optimize SQL queries for test data validation and automation.
Proven experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
In-depth knowledge of .NET application architecture, database architecture (SQL Server), and infrastructure components.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence across teams and functions.
Experience in defining automation metrics, ROI tracking, and governance processes.
Awareness of modern automation trends (AI/ML in testing, containerized test execution, cloud-based test environments).
3 Must-Haves:
C# - Strong hands-on development and scripting experience.
Selenium - Expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium with C# bindings.
Database Testing (SQL/SQL Server) - Ability to write and automate complex SQL queries for data validation and test verification.
