About the Role:
We are seeking skilled Automation Anywhere Engineers to join a dedicated remote delivery team focused on building high-quality intelligent automation solutions. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining RPA workflows that improve operational efficiency while meeting strict security and governance standards. You will work under defined technical leadership and contribute to scalable, well-documented automation deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed Process Definition Documents (PDDs) based on business requirements.
Design, build, and maintain automations using Automation Anywhere best practices.
Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and validation to ensure solution quality.
Develop and execute test plans aligned with acceptance and quality standards.
Produce technical delivery artefacts, build notes, and supporting documentation.
Follow defined development, security, and governance standards consistently.
Collaborate with other automation engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing.
Support delivery milestones while working on multiple automation tasks in parallel.
Ensure automations are reliable, reusable, and scalable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience as an Automation Anywhere Developer/Engineer.
Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 (Bot Creator, Control Room).
Experience in PDD creation, RPA development, testing, and defect remediation.
Solid understanding of automation best practices, reusable components, and error handling.
Familiarity with secure development practices and data protection principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote delivery environment.
Team-oriented mindset with adaptability and willingness to learn.
