About the Role
We are hiring a skilled Automation Testing Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building and executing automated test frameworks. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Java, Selenium, and WebDriver with solid understanding of QA methodologies and automation best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
Automate regression suite and ensure full coverage of application workflows.
Identify, report, and verify bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and improve automation efficiency.
Participate in test planning, reviews, and provide improvement suggestions.
Prepare detailed test documentation and execution reports.
Required Technical Skills
Strong experience in Java programming.
Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit.
Hands-on experience in Automation Frameworks (Hybrid/Data Driven/Keyword/BDD).
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and automation strategy.
Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Good to Have (Optional)
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD etc.)
Experience in API testing (Postman / Rest Assured)
Exposure to BDD tools (Cucumber)
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation ability.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
