Automation Analyst

• Understand end to end payroll process and identify areas of automation
• Engage with global community and local offices to understand their business problems
• Perform Gap Analysis between current processes, layouts and formats and future systems and processes to as to arrive at best fit solutions (with respect to data).
• Provide automation solutions in data extractions, transformation and reporting using tools like Alteryx to help speed up data import, export, report generation etc.
• Create documents such as mapping documents, design documents for respective solution

• Experience in working on multiple projects
• Should have at least 2 years of HCM or Payroll related experience.
• Should know business scenarios around HCM /Payroll data.
• Should have participated in implementation of an HCM/Payroll or creating Data extracts or Reports such as summary, GL etc.
• Must possess advanced Excel skills

• Must have done File / Field level mapping of data input and output.
• Must have done tool based file and data extract, report using tools like Alteryx, Access, XLS etc.
• Basic XLS Macros, XLS functions, SQL / or DB related knowledge
• Must have experience in defining Test Scenarios
